Rose 2015

This modern style Rose with Mediterranean character., with fine expressed aromas of red berries and herbs. Attractive color and expressed secondary aromas.. Nose is deep, warm with many layers.

Posip 2016

Appellation: Čara - Korčula
Varietal: Pošip
Alcohol: 13.5%

Golden-greenish color in the glass provides an appealing appearance of the posip wine. It has intense citrus scent, mixed with white stone fruits and field flowers. Full and delicious, with a gentle bitterness. Extremely fresh and easy drinking, dry wine. Ideally served with seafood dishes, particularly with shells and crabs.

Plavac Mali 2007

Varietal: 100% Plavac Mali

Deep ruby color leading to a slightly crimson-colored rim. It is full-bodied and it has a recognizable varietal aromatic profile with the ripe flavors of dried and stewed fruit followed by Mediterranean herbs and spices. Very mineral with mature tannins and a truly long finish. A strong potential for aging. This Plavac Mali is delicious with a salty finish, and it is very well served with meat dishes and ripe cheeses.

Style of the wine is on a border of traditional and modern, has elegance but also hard charcter of Plavac mali, fire in nose and mouth but silky nd gently at the end. Dynamic, with fruitiness expressed, spicy barrel notes.

Lively, full and almost opaque by color this full-bodied Plavac Mali is smooth, balanced and elegant. This Plavac Mali is dynamic, with a recognizable aromatic profile of ripe flavors, dried and stewed fruit, followed by Mediterranean herbs and spices. This wine has a strong potential for aging.

Ruben's Reserve 2008 Magnum

Dark blackberry in color, leading to a slightly ruby colored rim. Chocolate covered dark Bing Cherries, dried currants and stewed plums lift the aromatics of the wine while hints of forest floor, sage and saddled leather float from it tertiary levels.This wine is full-bodied, complex, bold and exceptionally structured. The earth driven purities of this wine lead to a rich, chocolate, dried fruit center. The palate is long and driven structured with firm silky tannins. This wine has great aging potential and a full decantation will truly enhance the overall enjoyment of the wine.
